Here at Hummingbird Productions, which is the production company behind justrallying.co.uk, we have a small but hard working team of staff. Between us we have many years of experience in a diverse range of areas within the media industry.

Starting with Michelle the 'face' of the team, Michelle worked as a DJ for two years on a NATO base before moving to a similar post on cruise ships. After this she moved to commercial radio working as a presenter, columnist and promotions manager, at Linc's FM, where she arranged and fronted all of the stations road shows. Having enjoyed co-driving on several rallies' Michelle decided to redirect her career into motor sport coverage, and has since presented on Rally UK for channel Five before forming justrallying.co.uk.

Becky (OJ), Trainee Editor. Becky is our newest recruit, taken on originally for a work experience placement she soon proved vital to our team and was offered a part/time position. Becky is currently studying Media & Communications fulltime at Lincoln University, and as well as working for us, she also holds down a voluntary position at Southside Radio.

Mal, Camera operator. Due to his passion for the sport Mal has always leaned towards rally coverage. Mal is an expert in his field. Mainly working as a freelance cameraman Mal has been filming rally's worldwide for the past 25 years.

Cath, Camera Operator. A rally enthusiast first and foremost, Cath turned her hand to camera work three years ago and has never looked back. Cath films exclusively for us at justrallying.co.uk

Apart from the nucleus of staff at Hummingbird, we also have pool of talented freelance camera men and women that work with us on various events around the country, and a loyal network of associates that provide other services such as -
